Vagcom – Scanned for codes

Since I got my vagcom I figured I would run a full scan on the car to see what I could find. I found the following fault codes below:

The date is the thing that gets me, I am not too worried about the codes themselves. Does this mean these faults happened at the cars conception? I have the question posted on vwvortex here hoping to get a response: http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?3697602

I also cleared them so we will see if they come back. I have a feeling that they will not return.
