Disabled Start/Stop on the MK2 Tiguan

I had been complaining for a while about the Start/Stop feature when driving the GF’s 2018 Tiguan. She finally got sick of it herself and allowed me to disable it with my trusty VCDS cable.

I tried the first option temperature method but the ECU wouldn’t accept the value saying it was out of range. The second voltage option worked like a charm. Took it out for a test drive and could see when it wanted to switch off because the A with the circle around it in the MDF screen came on but the engine never stopped.
