Oil Seperator/Front PCV replaced

Replaced the old version 06K 103 495 AH with version 06K 103 495 AP. I had a few “oil surges” under tight cornering on some mountain roads. When this happens oil that normally is separated by the front PCV instead gets sucked in and burns up. You will see smoke coming from the engine bay when this happens. Its only happened to me a couple times under extreme conditions but if it happened too often it could cause buildup.

A catch can setup that replaces the PCV is probably the best way to solve this but they are pretty expensive. I have heard this new revision helps but doesn’t solve the situation.
